We’re thrilled to announce some exciting updates to TenantDetective™ that will make Microsoft 365 tenant management more efficient and insightful than ever!

Streamlined Onboarding Process

Starting with a simpler onboarding process, we’ve made it quicker and easier for global admins to get set up. Now, you can approve access in just 3 easy screens. Additionally, we’ve introduced a new web form to submit your current tenant information if you don’t want to sign in directly to the platform, so you can get started right away.

Revamped Recommendations Engine Using “Standards”

We’ve reworked our recommendations engine to provide even more accurate and personalized insights. At the heart of this overhaul are what we call “Standards”—a new approach to matching your usage patterns with the right subscription options. These Standards allow for more granular and precise recommendations by aligning your actual usage with multiple subscription assignments. By leveraging shared usage patterns across organizations, we can offer smarter, more tailored suggestions.

Overhauled Recommendations Report

Our revamped recommendations report now makes understanding your options and potential savings more straightforward than ever. With clearly defined choices and transparent visibility into where savings are coming from, you’ll be able to confidently make informed decisions. Plus, introducing Standards as a foundation for ongoing license management ensures you’ll be set up for long-term success and optimization.
