Plow Networks has analyzed hundreds of thousands of Microsoft 365 users, and the results show that the average company has more Microsoft 365 licenses than their usage data supports than needed.
TenantDetective™ uses a proprietary set of algorithms to find out where your Microsoft 365 tenant may be over-licensed based on historical usage analytics. Let your users’ data show where optimization is possible.
We do not sell or store your data and use Microsoft-Verified Service Principals.

FAQs for businesses
Plow’s Microsoft 365 license optimization helps organizations understand the usage of their current Microsoft 365 subscriptions and identify opportunities to right-size their licensing by reducing over-buying.
Plow Networks’ optimization engine uses a proprietary set of algorithms to analyze your M365 usage data and provide recommendations on how to optimize your subscription purchases.
Our license optimization engine is completely safe to use. Before we can prepare an analysis, your organization must explicitly grant us read-only access to your Microsoft tenant, and we will disable that access after 14 days unless you agree to tell us not to do so. We will never sell your data, and we will purge any data gathered from our process if you elect not to do business with us.
If your current M365 subscriptions are monthly, our recommendations can be implemented before next month’s renewal date. If your subscriptions are annual, we won’t be able to implement our recommended changes until your renewal date.
Our usage analytics report is an algorithmic analysis of your organization’s license usage data. Based on our analysis, the report will illustrate opportunities to eliminate unused licenses and rationalize over-licensed users.
